Project: Create a frequently asked questions page designed so that customers could find answers and schedule a replacement appointment.
Deliverables: Research, content strategy, copywriting, and localization. Meredith worked with the marketing manager to deliver content that met the goals of enticing visitors to schedule vehicle battery related service.
