The job: overhauling the digital creative direction for the legacy handbag brand, Crystalyn Kae.
The project: Creating a fresh creative perspective to drive revenue from existing customer base as well as make new friends along the way.
Deliverables: We’ve started with an overhaul of the brand’s color palette, filtering it first into the e-mail newsletter efforts to drive weekly campaigns through a cohesive lens. The ongoing, big picture project includes streamlining the storytelling and visuals from the newsletter to the eCommerce platform.
In addition to the branding direction, Meredith wrote copy from headlines to subject lines for email newsletters to hone in on the brand’s voice and tone.
The Results: Our first newsletter saw a 20% increase in opens. We learned her customers love the big hero images with a model. And that they enjoy a good sale, too.
